Thank You Ever So Much

Is been quite sometime since my last card posting. Well, renovation, moving house and more workloads on day job has really taken a toll on me! Not to mention that my craft work space has been adjusted so greatly after I moved recently that I am not very used to it yet! Hopefully things can be back to normal once I started to make card again.

Thank You Ever So Much
Well, this is my first card of the year which I made for the coming class instructor. Hope he likes it.

CAS(E) This Sketch #60
This card layout is inspirational from CAS(E) This Sketch #60 sketch/challenge as shown above. The image is inspirational from Inspired By.....#103.

Close-up : The panel
Made a simple panel using white card stock. The head and tail of the panel are die cut from a short border dies. The coordinating stamp is stamped accordingly to the head and tail of the panel follow by the image and sentiment. After the image has been colored using Copic markers, the edges of the panel are distressed to tone down the whiteness of the panel.

A polka dots pattern paper is used whereby the left and right sides are border punched. It is attached onto a blue card base. The panel is layered on top of the polka dots strip using pop dots to create some dimension.

Dimension : 10.16cm x 15.24cm or 4" x 6"
Type : Vertical fold
Inlay : None

Lawn Fawn via Stamps.com sent me an e-mail notification on 21 December 2013 that my winning goodies has been shipped on 20 December 2013. It was nice to know that my winning goodies are coming to me! Thanks so much to Lawn Fawn again for the fabulous prize!

Fast forward about two (2) weeks plus, today, the winning goodies has arrived! Thanks for my dearest hubby for collecting it from the mailbox!

Two (2) of the strings tied to the stamp sets and dies package
I just love how Lawn Fawn packages the stamp sets and matching dies using some strings which later can be used as embellishment in card making (please refer to photo above)! In fact, these strings are the same strings that found in my very first package I bought from Lawn Fawn store as well!

Congratulations message from Mike on their Lawn Fawn name card
Mike, Lawn Fawn co-owner as well as Kelly's husband included a congratulations message to me on their very own Lawn Fawn name card!

I hope I can make use of these stamp sets and matching dies soon. In fact, I have some ideas on my mind but I just need the time which is much constraints due to my commitment on my day job. Guess it is time to properly manage my time or else these goodies along with my previous buying are going to collect dusts!
